Sustainable employer
With everything we do, we think green. Sometimes, this means small things, such as separating waste and fitting our office lighting with motion sensors, but it can also mean choosing solar panels on the roof of our office building.
Do you agree that making conscious choices is important, and would you like to help where you can? At Exact, you are allowed to do volunteer work three days a year. Individually or in teams. That way, together, we give back to society for 4,200 days every year. We call this the Giving Back Days.
Our way of working
We are not only proud of our beautiful headquarters in Delft, but of our branches in Eindhoven, Zwolle and Utrecht as well. And of our 2,000 'work-at-home' offices. Because we believe in a healthy balance between working from home and getting together in the office.
